Who we are
This page is run by Operator LLC (placeholder) on behalf of Darryl Winter, Energy Consultant at Trinity Solar. It is not Trinity Solar's official website.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, phone number, email, and the home's street address and ZIP code
- That you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and when
We also record the page address you arrived on, the site that sent you (for example homeownersquiz.com), any campaign tags in the link, your IP address, and your browser's description of itself. These help us confirm a real person sent the form and keep a record of your consent.
How we use it
To have Darryl Winter or someone at Trinity Solar working with Darryl contact you about solar, battery storage, roofing, and EV charging, and to keep a record of your request and consent.
Who receives it
Your request is emailed to Darryl Winter and may be shared with Trinity Solar to prepare and follow up on your consultation. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send it. We don't sell your contact details, and apart from the hashed copy described below, we don't share them with anyone else.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to load tools that measure how this page is used and how our ads perform: Google Analytics, Hotjar, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to collect things like the pages you view, how you scroll and click, your device and browser, your approximate location, and whether you sent the form.
When you send the form, your browser turns your email, phone number, name, ZIP code, state, and country into hashed codes (one-way scrambles that can't be read back) and sends them to Meta with your visit, so Meta can match it to a Facebook or Instagram account to measure and improve our ads. Meta's pixel may also read the email and phone fields on the form for the same purpose. Your browser keeps the hashed codes for 30 days so later visits can be matched too. Google Analytics and Hotjar don't receive your form details, and Hotjar's recordings hide what you type.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't create or send the hashed codes. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, opt out of Hotjar, and manage your Meta ad preferences.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To stop calls or emails, or to ask us to delete your information, email privacy@example.com. Information already sent to Trinity Solar is also covered by Trinity Solar's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep lead emails and consent records as long as needed to follow up and to show you agreed to be contacted.
